RESUNTEX, S.L. garantiza a sus clientes la posibilidad de anular su pedido en cualquier momento y sin ningún coste siempre que la anulación se comunique antes de que el pedido haya pasado al proceso de fabricación.

El derecho de desistimiento no se podrá ejercer en cumplimiento del artículo 45 de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de Enero, de ordenación del comercio minorista que indica que los productos encargados a distancia que se realizan a medidas suponen una excepción al derecho de desistimiento.

Del mismo modo RESUNTEX, S.L. le advierte expresamente de la imposibilidad de devolución de los productos a medida.

Si un producto distinto al solicitado por el cliente fuera entregado por error de RESUNTEX, S.L., éste le será retirado y se le entregará el producto correcto sin ningún cargo adicional para el comprador.
